Dedication is extremely important regardless of the career path someone has chosen. Dedication is a way for our employees to consistently work on improving themselves as responsible employees as well as improvement in their particular field. Whether improving their customer service or learning new techniques for building dedication provides a way to constantly improve their contributions to our company.

Accountability can be important for many various reasons. Some of them can be as simple as ending lunch when expected and holding themselves accountable for their schedule. But accountability can also mean owning up to an error should it be made. Choosing to correct that error as quickly as possible. This guarantees the quality of our customer’s projects and trusting that even the minor details meet their expectations.

Finally, we ask that all employees honor all commitments. Honoring commitments can mean committing to self-improvement or a task given to them by a superior. But honoring commitments can be even more important in establishing trust and respect within the community as we set scheduled appointment times. If a customer sets an appointment time with an employee we expect they honor that commitment and meet with them as scheduled. What a terrible way to break the trust of the customer when we cannot even meet with them on time or complete a project when estimated to be finished.
